These terms describe the conditions of use for the TikLive TTS desktop application and this website. By downloading or using the app you accept these conditions.
1. Free and open-source software
TikLive TTS is an independently developed open-source project. Using the application is completely free: there are no paid tiers, subscriptions or features locked behind a payment. The source code is publicly available on GitHub, where anyone can review it, propose improvements or report issues.
2. Voluntary donations
The donations shown on this site (Lightning Network and Bitcoin) are entirely voluntary. Donating does not grant access to additional features, priority support or any other benefit: it is purely a free way to support the project's development. Donations are non-refundable and do not constitute a service contract.
3. No warranties
The application is distributed "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer is not liable for damages or losses arising from the use of the application. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of the platforms you connect (TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, Kick).
4. Project independence
TikLive TTS is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by TikTok/ByteDance, Twitch, YouTube/Google, Kick or OBS. All names and trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used solely to describe compatibility.
5. Developer freedom
As a free project maintained on a voluntary basis, the developer reserves the right to modify, pause or discontinue the application or parts of it at any time, without incurring obligations to users. Its open-source nature guarantees that the community can always continue the project from the published code.
